New Technology, Amazing Quality

DivX Plus files are H.264 video in an MKV container with AAC audio. Okay, great… but why? Well, the compression capability of H.264 video combined with the flexibility of the MKV container and the 5.1 channel surround sound of AAC audio make it the preferred formats for HD video on the Internet and our choice for DivX Plus video.
DivX Plus (MKV) files offer additional playback features over a regular MKV file including multiple subtitle and audio tracks, smooth fast-forward and rewind, and auto-generated chapters. And with the improved compression over MPEG-2 (DVD video), you can fit four hours of video on a DVD compared to 2 hours without sacrificing quality.
