Noel Egnatios
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Legal Officer
Noel Egnatios is DivX’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer, as well as a member of its Management Committee. She leads a global team that builds industry solutions ranging from SDKs with an installed base of 2 billion products, to digital media software with over a billion downloads. The team delivers efficient, immersive entertainment experiences to consumers through its technology in TVs, smart phones, in-car devices and more. Noel is a longtime DivX employee who shepherded the growth of the company’s intellectual property portfolio and spearheaded pivotal corporate transactions and licensing deals. Under Noel’s leadership, the company continues to build on its rich heritage of creating and licensing pioneering products and technologies in video encoding/decoding, streaming and digital rights management.
Before joining DivX, Noel advised companies on intellectual property portfolio management, enforcement and licensing matters. Noel began her career working in private practice at Cooley LLP, where she oversaw the intellectual property portfolios of major Silicon Valley technology and social media companies and represented wireless technology companies in global patent litigation and arbitration.
Noel holds a B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Rich Nagle
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Rich Nagle is responsible for the financial health of DivX. Rich and his team handle all forecasting and day-to-day financial transactions for DivX.
Rich’s career has spanned a number of innovative software and hardware companies. Before joining DivX, Rich led the Finance and Accounting team for Nook Media at Barnes and Noble, where he helped automate systems and processes to support exponential revenue growth in the digital content distribution platform. Prior to that, Rich worked with a number of digital media companies in New York. Rich began his career in Public Accounting, leaving Ernst & Young as a Manager.
Rich is a C.P.A. and holds a degree in Accounting from Pace University.

Jim Styn
Head of Marketing
Our Head of Marketing, Jim Styn, oversees all facets of DivX’s marketing strategy, including product marketing, brand development, and corporate communications. With a career spanning 25 years in the technology sector, Jim’s journey began with another San Diego technology company, CollegeClub.com, where he was instrumental in managing the Community Team for one of the web’s leading platforms of its era. Throughout his tenure at DivX, Jim has held various pivotal roles, consistently contributing to the brand’s growth and evolution. He thrives on the dynamic challenge of guiding a global brand and remains inspired by the far-reaching impact of DivX technology across the world.

Henry Wu
Head of Sales
Henry Wu is DivX’s Head of Sales, and he is responsible for leading the company’s overall sales strategy and performance. Henry oversees a team that handles all technology licensing inquiries from potential partners, supports product certification efforts, and cultivates strong client relationships. With over 20 years of experience in sales and business development across hardware and software licensing, Henry brings deep industry expertise. His background also includes several years in consumer electronics R&D and manufacturing, as well as more than five years specializing in home security, smart home technologies, and in-car entertainment systems.

Brian Satterley
VP, CE Licensing Compliance
Brian Satterley is our Vice President of Licensing Compliance, where he oversees the company’s Licensing Compliance program. Brian’s career has entailed many different roles around the world with an emphasis in developing Compliance Programs for licensors globally. Before DivX, Brian spent over fifteen years at Dolby Laboratories where he had many roles in the IP Protection and Compliance department. This included starting the Data Strategy Group at Dolby and enhancing the Compliance Program in the Dolby Japan office in Tokyo. Prior to Dolby, Brian was involved in creating the Global Licensing Compliance at Via Licensing.

Steve Skelley
VP, IP Licensing
Steve Skelley is DivX’s Vice President of IP Licensing. Steve is a senior legal advisor specializing in IP law with a strong track record of generating business value through strategic IP management. Recognized for his clear communication and creative legal problem-solving, Steve is an experienced negotiator focused on achieving business goals through practical, constructive compromise.
Steve currently manages DivX’s intellectual property licensing and enforcement efforts alongside DivX’s CEO. Previously, he was a partner at Folio Law Group, PLLC, advising clients on complex IP matters across a range of technologies, including cellular and Wi-Fi communications, streaming video, and medical devices. Before that, Steve was Director of Patent Litigation at Intellectual Ventures, where he managed a global patent litigation portfolio with a strong focus on telecommunications technologies. He also practiced law at several leading global firms, representing clients in diverse and high-stakes legal disputes
