DivX Announces Licensing Agreement with AMD to Allow Support of DivX Video with AMD Xilleon Processors

High-Quality DivX Video Experience to be Enabled on ATSC Digital TVs Powered by Innovative AMD Technology

SAN DIEGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–DivX, Inc. (NASDAQ:DIVX), a digital media company, today announced a licensing agreement with semiconductor supplier AMD (NYSE:AMD). This agreement will allow AMD to include DivX® video technology with specific AMD Xilleon™ processors to power a broad range of next-generation digital TVs worldwide.
