Google and DivX Sign Agreement to Distribute Google Products

SAN DIEGO, March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — DivX, Inc. (Nasdaq: DIVX), a digital media company, today announced a multi-year agreement to offer Google products to consumers who download DivX video software tools. The offering, starting with the Google Chrome Browser, is expected to launch in the first or second quarter of 2009 and replaces third party software previously distributed by DivX.
