JVC Introduces New Line of DivX Ultra Certified In Car DVD Receivers in North America

New Devices Enable Consumers to Extend Digital Media Experience Beyond the PC

LAS VEGAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jan. 5, 2006–JVC, and DivX Inc., the digital entertainment company that created the DivX media format, announced today at the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) that JVC will introduce a new line of DivX Ultra Certified In Car DVD Receivers in North America.
DivX Certified In Car DVD Receivers from JVC will offer high performance and versatile playback capabilities for a variety of encoded disc formats. DivX Certified models to be available at major retail outlets include the JVC KD-DV6200 and KD-ADV6270.

Products that bear the DivX Certified logo have undergone a rigorous testing program to ensure interoperability, security and visual quality.
