Mac Users Not on OS 10.3.9 or Later:

DivX for Mac requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later and QuickTime 7 or later. However, we still offer DivX 5.2.1 for Mac as an alternate download for those of you using older Macintosh operating systems.

DivX 5.2.1 for Mac is compatible with Mac OS 10.2.6 through OS 10.3.9. DivX 5.2.1 is not compatible with Mac OS 10.4 or QuickTime 7.

DivX 5.2.1 for Mac includes an mp3 encoder and costs $19.99 USD.
