DivX, Inc. Software Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with DivX software purchased directly from DivX, Inc. (DivX.com), contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

For returns, visit the customer service web page or contact the phone number/email address noted on your invoice.

Any software purchased on CDs must be unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase. CDs must be received and processed before a refund will be issued.

All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 48 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. DivX, Inc. reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

The DivX, Inc. refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from DivX, Inc. (DivX.com). If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
